can u explain me why u put rain dance on rotom-w? to counter sandstream and hail? well in theory it ll work but rotom is to frail. He can 2HKOed by many common attacks. I ll suggest using choise specs and trick to counter blissey, but if u wanna stay with rain dance why not using thunder since it ll never miss under the rain and does more damage than thunderbolt?
