Yes, he's new. But everyone needs to kick it into gear and start recruiting. And fast. The new site and the game isn't even close to being done. It needs work so I will be too busy to deal with the clan. I am still in charge. But in my absence, I will make Charizard in charge. He is the Head Mod and will be telling ya'll who to recruit.
